What we offer in our Kundalini workshop ?

We , the Himalayan Babaji Retreats provides 10 - Days Kundalini Yoga certification workshop for the sincere seekers , who are capable to follow certain disciplines & austerity .

In our workshop , all the practices & teachings are descending from the lineage of 18 siddhas (self- realised mystic individuals) from the southern most part of India called Tamil Nadu .

The 18- siddhas is the oldest lineage , where the true knowledge of wisdom was evovled .

What yoga ?

We provide the most unique teachings about kundalini yoga . One of the limb of Kundalini is t yog Yoga is the most traditional form of yoga , which is about 20,000 years old founded by Tamil civilizatio yoga includes , using of scientific & traditional tamil warrior weapons , props & tools .

In ancient times of tamil civilization , where all the dimensions of yoga evolved yoga was the prominent & the main part of yoga .All the seedargal (seekers) should go with the practices yoga . Yogasanam were included in their payirchi (sadhana) as a relaxation of muscle after the (payirchi) sadhana yoga .

yoga is the most advanced & deepest form of yoga , comparetively to asanas .
